President, co-founder
Nathaniel A. Turner, JD, MALS, is a highly sought-after speaker, entrepreneur, author, and activist. Turner’s story and work have been featured in media outlets throughout the Nation. Countless numbers of people have been empowered by Turner’s books, videos, speeches, and training programs. Nate is also known for intentionally backward designing his son’s life so that he would meet the admission requirements of Harvard. The tools, techniques, and strategies used to prepare his son are now educational and life development staples for children and adults everywhere.

LaTonya M. Turner, PhD

Secretary, co-founder
Dr. LaTonya Turner is a former principal, counselor, and teacher, she is a highly sought-after educator who expertly trains educators to be high-performing leaders in K-12 and higher education systems. As a champion for diverse students, Dr. Turner continuously seeks ways to make sure all children, regardless of gender, race, or socioeconomic standing, have ample opportunity to maximize their potential. Turner’s advocacy is regularly expressed through institutional consulting, leadership coaching, and workshops for students, parents, and educators.

Naeem K. Turner-Bandele

Treasurer, co-founder
Naeem Khari Turner-Bandele is a Ph.D. Candidate in electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and a National GEM Consortium Associate Ph.D. Fellow. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University in 2018. Naeem is dedicated to changing the world by reducing power and energy disparities in underserved communities, improving K-12 STEM literacy, and increasing minority opportunities in STEM.
